About the Performers

Miriam Blatt, piano, performs on violin, viola, piano and voice (soprano). She serves on boards for Chamber Musicians of Northern California and Soiree Musicale, and spends half of each year in Sydney Australia.

Chris Farrell, clarinet, has performed on clarinet, bass clarinet, and basset horn. He performs with orchestras and symphonic bands, including the Palo Alto Philharmonic, Winchester Orchestra, and Foothill Symphonic Winds.

Christina Kolotouros, clarinet, is retired from the computer software industry and focuses on her two teens and various woodwinds. She enjoys playing in concert bands, big bands, chamber music ensembles, orchestras, and pits for musicals.

Josh Korman, piano, a native of Ithaca, NY, has played piano for a long time, but he met Christina and Joyce playing the oboe at Peninsula Symphonic Band. He enjoys practicing with them amongst the rowing machine, Peloton, and squat rack.

Changyi Yvonne Liu, clarinet, is originally from Taiwan and is an oncology nurse. She likes Winnie-the-Pooh, origami and jigsaw puzzles.

Ann Miyada, clarinet, is a Bay Area native.  When not involved in music activities or crunching numbers for clients, she will likely be hiking on a local trail, working on a craft project, or sipping boba tea.

Beverly Rollins, piano, holds degrees in music from Indiana University, and in Computer Science from Oregon Graduate Center. She was staff accompanist at Duquesne U. She plays chamber music, teaches piano and is music director of the Sunnyvale United Church of Christ.

Joyce Wu, flute, moved to California for work. At her recent wedding, in lieu of a father-daughter dance, they performed a duet. Joyce has recently tackled the alto sax and is now a 2nd alto with the concert band.
