Ted Brown, saxophone, is a retired mechanical engineer from NASA and other Bay Area companies who has played clarinet and saxophone in a number of Bay Area ensembles.
Chris Farrell, clarinet, is from Cleveland, Ohio. He studied music briefly before becoming a software developer. He also plays board games and enjoys studying history.
Laurie Ho, clarinet, works in business operations at a startup during the day. She likes extra squishy stuffed animals and exploring new cities.
Changyi Yvonne Liu, clarinet, is originally from Taiwan and is an oncology nurse. She likes Winnie-the-Pooh, origami and jigsaw puzzles.
Jerome Nehemiah, saxophone, plays clarinet and saxophone with a number of South Bay jazz bands and orchestras and smaller ensembles. He is a retired physician/surgeon and Covid advisor for the Silicon Valley Arts Coalition.
David Miller, saxophone, has played clarinet and saxophone in many ensembles and orchestras in the UK and in the Bay Area, and enjoys a wide range of musical styles. When not playing music, he teaches at Stanford University.
Ann Miyada, clarinet, is a Bay Area native and works parttime in accounting. She enjoys the outdoors, home crafts and sampling different foods.
Mark Schwartz, saxophone, graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance and performs with several local musical ensembles including the Sereno Saxophone Quartet (2010-), Los Gatos-Saratoga Big Band (2004-), San Jose Wind Symphony (2003-2004), as well as several theater groups.
